REMENHAM COURT WEDDING
Henley on Thames
Hannah and James
Hannah and James' wedding was an absolute scorcher! A really beautiful (but very very hot) day in Henley on Thames, expertly planned to be just before the Royal Regatta so that the whole of Henley would be in tip-top shape for their wedding day.
The boys got ready at an Airbnb on the opposite side of The Thames so naturally they travelled to Remenham by boat. Well, it would've been rude not too! The ceremony was a burst of joyful colour with a gorgeous floral arch and stunning bouquets. The celebrant captured their relationship and tapped into their humour beautifully. And I absolutely love the cake which Hannah and her sister made. Everything about their day was exactly as they dreamed it would be... 'When we first got engaged, we knew that what was important to us on our wedding day was all our friends and family in the same place, and a venue that's important to us, nice and chilled, lots of lovely food and drinks. And a few personal touches. A celebration more than formality'
My favourite moment was when we climbed the hill behind Remenham to get some sunset photos and we found a group of guests on the elevated tennis court, of course, Hannah and James joined in. Photographing a badminton playing bride and groom was definitely a first for me :))
